How does it work?

Doctors at Harvard University observed that some children who ate popsicles got dimples in their cheeks. The scientists—Dieter Manstein, MD and R. Rox Anderson, MD—found that the popsicles were freezing and eliminating small pockets of fat cells. This finding lead to the discovery of  cryolipolysis, the proven science on which the CoolSculpting®  procedure is based, where cold can target fat cells without damaging the skin or surrounding tissue.

  • CoolSculpting®  freezes &
    eliminates stubborn fat
  • Fat cells gradually die off
  • Cells are removed permanently
Losing weight vs. losing fat:

What is the difference?

Losing or gaining weight generally does not increase or decrease the number of fat cells. Instead, it changes the size of fat cells.

The CoolSculpting®  fat-freezing procedure actually reduces the number of fat cells in treated areas by about 20% to 25%.

After your CoolSculpting®  treatment, you may not weigh less, but you’ll look thinner. And, your clothes will fit better, feel better, and look better!

Am I Good Candidate?

The CoolSculpting®  fat-reduction procedure is specially designed for those who have unwanted fat in targeted areas. Unlike weight-loss surgery (e.g., gastric bypass), the CoolSculpting®  procedure is not a weight-loss solution for people who are obese. Good candidates for the CoolSculpting®  procedure have noticeable bulges in certain areas they’d like to get rid of. Many people want a non-surgical alternative
to liposuction.

The CoolSculpting®  procedure is proven, safe, and effective. Get “wow” results and love how your clothes fit better, feel better, and look better.
